About the Role
n
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced WMS professional to join a collaborative and customer-focused team.
n
Working directly with customers, you'll understand how their warehouse operates, uncover pain points and improvement opportunities, and translate operational requirements into practical WMS solutions.
n
Acting as the bridge between customers and internal software teams, you'll support projects from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation and optimisation.
n
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely understands what happens within the four walls of a warehouse and enjoys combining operational knowledge with technology and problem-solving.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Understand customer warehouse operations, workflows and business requirements
n
Lead discovery conversations and gather functional and operational requirements
n




Identify process improvements and recommend practical WMS solutions
n
Translate operational requirements for software and technical teams
n
Support WMS configuration, implementation, testing and optimisation
n
Act as a key liaison between customers and internal delivery teams
n
Build robust customer relationships and become a trusted advisor
n
Work across multiple customer projects as the Australian business grows
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience with WMS, supply chain software or warehouse systems
n
Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations and workflows
n
Experience in WMS implementation, business analysis, consulting or solution delivery
n
Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to translate operational challenges into system-based solutions
n
Confident working with both operational stakeholders and technical teams
n
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
n
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
n
TMS or broader supply chain technology experience would be advantageous
n
