About the Role
n
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right Harley-Davidson motorcycle while building lasting relationships that extend well beyond the sale.
n
Success in this role is about more than achieving sales targets. It is about earning trust, understanding each customer's journey, and delivering an experience that keeps them coming back.

Key Responsibilities
n

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
n
Guide customers through the motorcycle purchasing journey.
n
Manage and follow up sales enquiries from showroom, phone and online channels.
n
Deliver a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
n
Work closely with Parts, Accessories and Finance & Insurance teams.
n




Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
n
Stay up to date with Harley-Davidson products, technology and promotions.
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and understands the value of relationship-based selling.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous automotive, motorcycle or retail sales experience.
n
A passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the riding lifestyle.
n
Outstanding communication and rapport-building skills.
n
A proactive and customer-focused approach.
n
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
n
Confidence using dealership and computer systems.
n
A current unrestricted motorcycle licence.
n
