What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Provide end-to-end AV support for executive briefings, customer demonstrations, meetings, and events
n
Conduct room sweeps, readiness checks, dry runs, and technology testing before scheduled sessions
n
Deliver white-glove support to senior executives, customers, and key stakeholders
n
Support and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms, meeting room technologies, audio visual equipment, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
n
Investigate and resolve incidents through the ITSM platform, ensuring SLA compliance and accurate documentation
n




Work closely with internal engineering teams, AV vendors, and support partners to resolve complex issues
n
Monitor meeting room health and proactively address technology issues before they impact users
n
Assist with event support and coordination across multiple executive briefing rooms and event spaces
n

What You'll Be Doing

About You
n
You'll bring a combination of strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for customer service. You'll ideally have:
n
n
5+ years' experience in onsite IT support, desktop support, AV support, or end-user services
n




Strong experience supporting audiovisual systems and meeting room technologies
n
Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms and collaboration platforms
n
Experience working with ticketing or ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
n
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and collaboration technology
n
The ability to confidently support VIP and executive-level stakeholders
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
n
Nice to Have
n
n
Experience supporting Executive Briefing Centres, Innovation Centres, or customer demonstration environments
n
Advanced Zoom Room administration experience
n
Exposure to MAC environments
n
Basic networking knowledge including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN technologies
n
Experience coordinating external AV vendors and service providers
n
