About the Role
n
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects running simultaneously from the planning stage, to site establishment, and then final hand-over. The role is both office-based and site-based and works alongside our internal construction teams as well as liaising with trades, suppliers and clients.
n
Key activities (include but are not limited to):
n
n
Full end-to-end Project Management
n
Organisation, scheduling and budgeting of allocated projects
n
Cost management of all contractor and supplier invoices
n
Strong focus on client service level requirements and delivery time frames
n
Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updates
n
Promoting and ensuring a safe and WHS compliant work place
n
n
Key Professional Skills and Qualifications:
n
n
Ideally 5+ years experience in commercial project management
n
Trade/Degree qualified with a Carpentry or Building background preferred
n
Thorough understanding of the construction process, methodology, critical inspection points, building standards and WHS compliance
n
Track record of establishing and maintaining long term
relationships/accounts
n
Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Proactive and outcome focused
n
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent communication
n
