Job Description
Agrifutures in Melbourne is seeking a Payroll Team Lead to oversee end-to-end payroll for about 4,500 employees on a fortnightly cycle. You will act as 2IC to the Payroll Manager and drive process improvements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will manage day-to-day payroll operations, ensure compliance with Australian awards/EBAs, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to maintain high service standards.
