Job Description
Established in ****, Momentum Project Group is an independent Project and Development Management Consultancy based in North Sydney.
n
We work across a range of property sectors and are involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through design, tendering, contract administration and construction delivery.
n
We are a close-knit team of approximately 8-10 people, offering a hands-on setting with direct exposure to experienced Project and Development Managers and company Directors.
n
The Role
n
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our team across several active property development and construction projects.
n
You will assist with day-to-day project administration, documentation, reporting and coordination, including:
n
Maintaining project records, registers, correspondence and reporting.
n
Assisting with consultant engagements, invoicing and coordination.
n
Assisting with progress claims, variations, EOTs and contract administration correspondence.
n
Supporting project budgets, cashflows and cost reporting.
n
Assisting with tender documentation and procurement.
n
Supporting Project and Development Managers across the planning, design, tendering and construction phases.
n
Assisting with project systems, document control and general project workflows.
n
The role offers exposure to both Project Management and Development Management, with the chance to take on greater responsibility as your experience develops.
n
Full-time preferred, but Part-time or contractor arrangements will be considered
n
What We're Looking For
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar property or construction role.
n
A background or qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Property, Development Management or a related discipline.
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
Good written and verbal communication skills.
n
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and genuine interest in property and construction.
n
Experience with Procore, the NSW Planning Portal, DBP/RAB Act processes, consultant procurement, progress claims, variations, EOTs, budgets or cashflows would be highly regarded.
