Acan Group is currently seeking a Part Time Night Common Area Cleaner to join our team in Melbourne CBD.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, well-presented environments and enjoys working within a professional hospitality setting. This role involves servicing high-end hotel spaces, ensuring all common areas are kept to the highest standard for guests and visitors.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering consistent quality in a fast-paced setting.

About the Role
n
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining hotel public areas to a consistently high standard. You'll play a key part in ensuring guests experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, lifts, and common restrooms
n
Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish all surfaces
n
Clean glass, mirrors, and other high-touch areas
n
Empty bins and manage waste appropriately
n
Replenish consumables such as hand towels, soap, and sanitiser
n
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
n

About You

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
n
Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
n
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
n
Able to work independently and within a team
n
Physically fit and capable of manual work
n
We have shifts available at night start at 11pm (8 hours shift a day) . Applicants should be versatile to work one or more days.
n
Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential
n
Hotel or hospitality cleaning experience is highly preferred
n
