Team Rehab Solutions is seeking a passionate Community Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team full time in North Brisbane/Moreton Bay Region.

What You'll Be Doing
n As a Community OT, you'll help clients improve independence, function, and quality of life within their own homes and communities.
n
Your caseload will be varied and may include:
n
n
Functional assessments and ADL support
n
Capacity building programs in home and community settings
n
Home modifications and assistive technology prescription
n
Neurorehabilitation
(stroke, ABI, cerebral palsy, progressive conditions)
n
Care coordination and client advocacy across NDIS,
Aged Care, DVA, and other funding streams
n
n
You'll work across a diverse community caseload including:
n
n
NDIS
n
Support at Home (formerly HCP)
n
DVA
n
Private Health
n
Workcover
n
n
About You
n You may be early in your OT career or looking to take the next step. Either way, you're passionate about community-based care and making a real impact.
n
We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy
n
Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
n
Minimum 1–2 years' experience preferred
n
Community or NDIS experience highly regarded (but not essential)
n
Strong communication skills and a genuine people-focused approach
n
Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
n
n
You must also have (or be eligible to obtain):
n
n
A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
n
An NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
n
