Due to continued growth, Stone Real Estate is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our high-performing and supportive team.

This is a genuine opportunity to step into a portfolio of approximately 180 properties, with leasing support and VA assistance, and a explicit pathway into a senior or lead role for the right person.

Your responsibilities
n
n
End-to-end management of a residential portfolio (excluding trust accounting & leasing)
n
Strong communication with rental providers and renters




n
Maintenance coordination and issue resolution
n
Routine inspections, reporting and follow-ups
n
Lease renewals, rent reviews and compliance
n
Contributing to team processes and mentoring as you progress
n
VCAT preparation and attendance
n
n
About you

Have proven experience in residential property management
n
Hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate
n
Are organised, calm and solutions-focused
n
Communicate professionally and confidently
n
Take pride in your work and your portfolio
