Job Description
KAESER Compressors in Melbourne seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to own the Victoria market. This is an experienced-only, field-based role requiring a proven hunter who can identify opportunities, win current accounts and close high-value capital equipment deals.

You will spend 80% of time in the field, building relationships, delivering technical consultations, coordinating with engineering and service teams, and managing the full sales cycle from territory planning through proposal and closure.
