Job Description
A well-established digital bank is seeking a Product Manager to join its growing mortgages & lending function. This role offers exposure to a broad residential, business lending & deposits portfolio, with a strong emphasis on competitor & market analysis, product development and continuous product improvement.

Working closely with the Head of Product, you'll support key commercial decisions and help shape how lending products perform in market.

The Role
n
n
Managing the ongoing performance of lending products, tracking volumes, margins and portfolio trends across the market to inform recommendations
n
Use data insights and reports to development recommendations on product strategy, development and roadmaps
n
Contributing to planning, forecasting and regular performance reporting for senior stakeholders
n
Supporting product enhancements and changes from early concept through to market release
n
Working closely with the sales, credit risk and technology division
n

About You
n
n
You'll be a hands-on product professional who enjoys end to end product management.
n
Experience in home lending product management is essential
n
Product management experience within a non-bank is highly desirable
n
Exposure to product management within commercial lending or deposits is advantageous
n
A solid understanding the end-to-end product management cycle
n
Confidence producing commercial papers and engaging with senior decision-makers
n
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into practical actions
n
