What's the job?

Lead, coach and develop a team of HVAC technicians to deliver outstanding customer service.
n
Provide hands‐on technical support and assist in the field when required.
n
Prepare quotes, scope works and provide technical guidance to clients.
n




Work closely with the Service Coordination team to maximise technician utilisation and resource planning.
n
Monitor job progress, profitability and overall financial performance.
n
Oversee payroll approvals, timesheet accuracy and workforce productivity.
n
Ensure compliance with all WHS legislation, company policies and industry standards.
n
Conduct site inspections, quality assurance audits and safety observations.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to grow our HVAC services.
n

What about you?
n
n
Demonstrated experience in an HVAC Supervisor, Service Delivery Supervisor or similar leadership role.
n
Experience preparing quotations, managing projects and coordinating service delivery.
n
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
n
Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (or higher).
n
NSW Supervisor Licence.
n
Refrigerant Handling Licence.
n
Current Driver Licence.
n
Current First Aid Certificate.
n
Strong understanding of financial performance, budgeting and job profitability.
n
Excellent communication, leadership and customer relationship skills.
n
Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and industry standards.
n
Intermediate or higher computer skills.
n
n
