About Your Role:

As a Disability Support Worker at H1 Group you will be responsible for providing high- quality care to our clients living at home with various disabilities across Maffra, Sale, Newry, Stratford and Moama.

Responsibilities:
n
Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living
n
Manual handling and Medication Administration
n




Community Access and Emotional Support
n
Assisting clients with Behaviour's of Concern
n
Building rapport with the client and their family
n
Adhering to the participants care plan and NDIS frameworks
n
Requirements:
n
Experience assisting with ADL's
n
Manual handling and medication experience
n
Has valuable flexible availability, can work minimum 3 shifts ongoing a week
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Current Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificate
n
Flexibility to work at multiple locations
n
Full Australian license
n
Above award hourly rates with weekly pay
n
