As our Senior Environmental Manager, you'll provide environmental leadership across the Group, managing compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting major operational and development projects.

What you'll be doing
n
Lead environmental compliance activities across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to licences, approvals, and environmental legislation.
n
Manage environmental monitoring programs covering air, water, noise, waste, biodiversity, and heritage matters.
n
Provide environmental due diligence and risk assessment support for operational and development projects.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with environmental regulators, local councils, consultants, and stakeholders.
n
Lead responses to environmental audits, inspections, incidents, and compliance assessments.
n
Provide strategic environmental advice to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Group.
n
About you
n
Degree qualified in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering,



Environmental Management, Ecology, or a related discipline.
n
5+ years' experience in environmental compliance, regulation, or environmental management.
n
Robust knowledge of NSW and other State environmental legislation, approvals, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
n
Demonstrated experience working with government agencies, regulators, and external stakeholders.
n
Excellent report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
n
Confident managing multiple projects while influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
