Your Opportunity:
n Working closely with an Account Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the day to day management of a well-established and growing financial lines binder portfolio. There's real work to be done in:
n
n
Providing general administrative and broking support.
n
Ensuring enquiries, quotations, renewals and policy administration is handled efficiently and accurately.
n
Reviewing, processing and recording of claims.
n
Ensuring all documentation and processes comply with internal procedures, regulatory requirements
andbinderauthorities.
n
n
About You:
n
n
Possess experience in either insurance broking or claims and be looking for a step up.
n
Ideally have some knowledge of financial lines or professional indemnity but this is not essential.
n
Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, ask questions and see the bigger picture.
n
Be a team player and motivated to contribute directly to the achievement of KPIs impacting client service commitments, revenue and client satisfaction.
n
Possess well developed problem-solving abilities and be eager to use your initiative to ensure the efficient running and growth of the portfolio.
n
Offer outstanding organisational skills so you can juggle multiple priorities.
n
Display excellent communication skills allowing effective engagement with different stakeholders.
n
Possibly be Tier 1/2 qualified
