About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced Product Manager looking to make a genuinely meaningful impact in the healthcare space? We have partnered with a world-leading medical diagnostics manufacturer to find a strategic Product Manager to head up their market-leading Transplant Diagnostics portfolio across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
n
In this highly visible role, you will champion end-to-end product lifecycle management-from strategy development through to commercialization and optimization. To add further depth to your portfolio, you will also take on sub-responsibilities supporting key product lines within their Clinical Diagnostics division.
n
Operating within a collaborative, global matrix organization, you will be the bridge between global R&D;, operations, regional marketing, and sales to deliver cutting-edge solutions that solve real-world patient and clinician challenges.

What You'll Do
n
n
End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Own the strategy, commercialization, and optimization for the ANZ Transplant Diagnostics portfolio, while supporting select Clinical Diagnostics lines.
n
Voice of Customer (VoC): Conduct rigorous market research to capture insights, define regional product requirements, and develop compelling business cases.
n
Go-To-Market Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful product launches and continuous improvement initiatives tailored to the unique ANZ regulatory and commercial landscape.
n
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner seamlessly with global and local cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure commercial success.
n
Data-Driven Strategy: Shape product direction through data-driven insights, financial modelling, and strategic thinking.
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in product management,
upstream/downstream
marketing, or a related commercial role, ideally within the diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences industry.
n
Domain Knowledge: A strong technical or scientific understanding of transplant and/or clinical diagnostics domains. (Familiarity with industry-leading transplant diagnostic brands is a major plus!)
n
Business Acumen: Proven success in gathering VoC insights, developing financial models, and executing strategic go-to-market plans.
n
Matrix Navigating: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of a global organization.
n
Tools & Execution: Solid project management skills, analytical capabilities, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
n
Travel: Flexibility to travel up to 30% across the ANZ region and occasionally internationally.
