Lead delivery across multiple digital and eCommerce projects
n
Manage agency capacity, resourcing and forecasting
n
Track project timelines, budgets, scope and profitability
n
Identify risks, blockers and delivery issues early
n
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering and Client Success
n
Improve project planning, processes and reporting
n
Support and coach client-facing and delivery team members
n
Work with discipline leads to improve project delivery methods
n
Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients throughout delivery

Requirements

Strong experience within a digital, eCommerce or software agency environment
n
Experience managing complex digital projects and cross-functional teams
n
Strong project and delivery management skills
n
Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities
n
Commercial awareness across budgets, scope, utilisation and project profitability
n
Experience with resource planning, capacity management and forecasting
n
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Proactive, structured and solutions-focused approach
n

Shopify Plus or broader eCommerce experience is highly regarded
