FOUNDIT | MELBOURNE, VIC | FULL TIME

This role is ideal for a self-starter who loves property, thrives on building strong client relationships and is driven to deliver exceptional results. You will be working with a diverse mix of clients, from first-home buyers, families, empty nesters through to seasoned investors, helping them navigate the market with confidence and clarity. The position requires regular Melbourne-based travel for property inspections. You will work closely with our Founders and Partner Level buyers agent, taking a cooperative approach to every brief to ensure we deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
Engage with clients to understand their property goals and develop tailored buying strategies.
n
Search for,
assess and source on-market and off-market opportunities that align with client briefs.
n
Conduct thorough market and property analysis, prepare due diligence reports and provide strategic advice.
n
Attend inspections, private viewings, and final inspections as required.
n
Capture and deliver property walk-through videos for clients.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with local selling agents.
n
Stay across market trends, zoning changes and suburb insights.
n
Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, brief progress and client activity.
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
A Melbourne based licensed Estate Agent.
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate, property buying or property investment.
n
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
n
High attention to detail, time management and a solutions-focused mindset.
n
Someone with initiative who is comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.
n
Proficiency in digital tools (Google Suite, CRM platforms, property portals).
n
A reliable vehicle and current driver's license.
n
Weekend availability for inspections (as needed).
n
Passion for helping people make smart, informed property decisions.
