Project Manager/Project Engineer - Maintenance Contract

Ausgroup Industrial Services (AGIS) is seeking a Project Manager 1-3 years' experience to join a long-term maintenance contract based at Hay Point, Queensland.
n
This position is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance works while ensuring operational performance, client satisfaction, workforce leadership and commercial outcomes are achieved.
n
Working closely with the client and AGIS operational teams, you will play a key role in maintaining safe execution, contract performance, identifying future opportunities and driving continuous improvement across the site.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead a small team of Project Coordinators across a portfolio of works.
n
Ensure weekly, monthly KPI reporting
n
Oversea the Coordination of labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
n
Ensure compliance to relevant industry safe work standards
n
Attend client planning and review meetings.
n
Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
Ensure compliance with site, client and AGIS requirements.
n
Review budgets, quotations, variation requests, and additional scope opportunities.
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
n




Drive a strong safety and performance culture across the contract.
n

About You
n
You will possess:
n
n
Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, project management or contract management.
n
Previous experience within mining, ports, heavy industry or industrial services
n
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Experience managing maintenance crews and supervisors.
n
Excellent planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft project, and maintenance planning systems.
n
Proficiency in EXCEL is a must.
n
Current Driver's Licence.
n
n
Desired Qualifications / Experience
n
n
Diploma or Cert IV in PM or Engineering discipline.
n
Experience working with site based execution teams is highly regarded
n
Experience within port operations, mining, construction or industrial services is highly regarded.
n
Proficiency in MS Project,
n
