An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Education and Quality Manager to join a leading aged care provider.
n
This role places you at the heart of a medium size residential care home, where your leadership and commitment to excellence will directly impact residents, families, and staff.

About the Role
n
The Education & Quality Manager plays a key leadership role in driving continuous improvement, mentoring clinical teams, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports quality aged care delivery.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Provide leadership, coaching, and support in clinical best practice and compliance
n
Guide team members on aged care quality standards and scope of practice
n
Maintain and action the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI)
n
Manage and submit data for the National Quality Indicator Program (NQIP)
n
Oversee monthly care audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
n
Support excellence in resident care through assessment, planning, and evaluation
n
Ensure all documentation meets policy, legislative, and privacy standards
n
n




What You'll Bring:
n
n
Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration (essential)
n
Experience in quality improvement, staff development, and training delivery
n
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
n
Proven ability to identify and address non-compliance in staff practices
n
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
n
Cert IV in Training & Assessment and/or postgrad qualification in Aged Care (desirable but not essential)
n
