The Role
n
Reporting to the Group Safety Manager, you'll work closely with the Project Team to drive a positive safety culture, support site operations and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading WHS across a major construction project
n




Coaching and mentoring project teams
n
Conducting inspections, audits and investigations
n
Managing risk and ensuring legislative compliance
n
Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
n
n
About You
n
n
Cert IV in WHS + Higher
n
Current WHS Manager experience, or 5+ years as a Senior WHS Coordinator on major construction projects
n
Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builders
n
Exposure to large commercial, Data Centre, health or government projects
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
