About the role
n
Provide strategic return to work advice across a portfolio of complex workers compensation claims to ultimately reduce the premium impact of claims
n




Educate relevant client stakeholders and injured employees to ensure awareness of best practice and risk management practices
n
Ensure all client needs are met by taking a holistic approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery
n
Regular client meetings aligned to your clients expectations as well as prioritising building strategic relationships with key contacts to develop relationships at all levels
n
Qualifications and Experience
n
Case Management or consulting experience in injury management or return to work programs
n
Allied health qualifications (physio, osteo etc) or other relevant educationis desirable but not required
n
Ability to multi task and managing complex matters within the portfolio
n
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
