Job Description
C2O Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Australian operations in a standalone generalist role reporting to the Global HR Director. You'll partner with leaders to deliver pragmatic HR support across the employee lifecycle and contribute to HRIS improvements as we transition to Dayforce.

You will ensure compliance with Fair Work and contemporary awards, and support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
