We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead one of our most significant projects, The Gables Community in Box Hill. This is a full time opportunity to take ownership of a thriving masterplanned community and make a lasting impact on the lives of hundreds of families.

The Opportunity
n
This is more than a construction management role.
n
As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of homes across a single project location, leading a team of Construction Supervisors while partnering closely with a major Tier 1 developer.
n
You will set the standard for safety, quality, customer experience and operational performance, ensuring every home is delivered on time and to the high standards Edgewater Homes is known for.
n
From managing key stakeholder relationships through to coaching your team and driving project outcomes, your leadership will have a direct influence on the success of the community and the experience of every customer who calls it home.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Driving site safety, quality and construction performance across the project
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with a Tier 1 development partner
n
Managing project timelines and ensuring construction milestones are achieved
n
Identifying and resolving challenges before they impact delivery
n
Championing a customer-first approach throughout the construction journey
n
Creating an engaged, accountable and high-performing site culture
n

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in a Construction Manager, Senior Building Supervisor or similar leadership role within residential construction
n
Strong people leadership skills and the ability to develop high-performing teams
n
Experience managing stakeholder relationships and large-scale projects
n
A track record of delivering homes safely, on time and to a high standard
n
Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving capabilities
n
A commitment to quality, customer outcomes and continuous improvement
