What You'll Be Doing

This is more than just managing a team — it's about inspiring a group of talented Claims Consultants to be their absolute best, every single day. You'll:

Lead and develop a team managing a portfolio of home claims, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
n
Coach, motivate and mentor your team to consistently meet and exceed performance objectives
n
Champion service quality by ensuring high standards of process adherence and customer experience
n
Drive smarter decisions through workload prioritisation, claim review and authorisation, and performance reporting
n
Collaborate widely across underwriting, assessing, suppliers, complaints and builders to deliver seamless claim outcomes
n
Shape the future by contributing to strategic initiatives that continuously improve Claims performance
n
Influence at all levels by providing input into staffing, recruitment and system development
