Job Description

Lead complex M&A; and strategic transactions across the energy transition ecosystem, including renewables, storage, transmission, hydrogen, critical minerals and emerging clean technologies.
n
Advise infrastructure investors, private equity funds, energy companies, developers and government clients on acquisitions, divestments, partnerships and growth strategies.
n
Originate and develop client relationships, identifying new opportunities and driving business development across the broader Deals and Strategy networks.
n
Lead multidisciplinary teams through commercial due diligence, market assessments, transaction strategy and value creation programs, delivering impactful outcomes for clients.
n
Shape executive and board-level decision making through robust analysis, strategic insight and clear recommendations.
n
Coach and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion and continuous learning.

Requirements
n
n
Significant experience advising clients on M&A;, infrastructure, energy, utilities, natural resources, power markets or broader energy transition investments.
n
Solid commercial acumen and transaction experience, gained within a consulting firm, investment bank, corporate development function, infrastructure investor or energy organisation.
n
Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive business development outcomes.
n
Exceptional strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable recommendations.
n
Experience in renewable energy, energy infrastructure,



energy markets, decarbonisation, sustainability or climate-related investments.
n
Understanding of regulatory frameworks, market dynamics and investment trends impacting the energy transition sector.
n
Experience leading teams through growth, transformation or large-scale investment decisions.
n
Existing network across energy, infrastructure, government or investment communities.
n
