Want a role where you're more than just the person answering the phone and ordering stationery? We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a growing residential construction business and become a key part of the day-to-day operation. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with senior management, have genuine ownership and get involved across office operations, people, HR and culture.

What You'll Be Doing
n
You'll be the person who keeps things moving, making sure the office runs smoothly, supporting the team and taking ownership of the things that matter.
n
Your role will include:

Managing the day-to-day office operation
n
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
n
Coordinating suppliers, facilities, IT, and office requirements
n
Helping drives staff engagement, events, and workplace culture
n
Improving processes and finding better ways of doing things
n
Acting as a key point of contact for staff, suppliers, and visitors
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n




We're after someone who is organised, proactive and naturally takes ownership.
n
You'll ideally have experience as an Office Manager, Senior Administrator or similar, along with robust communication and people skills.
n
Working previously for a builder would be a bonus but isn't essential.
n
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys variety, can juggle competing priorities, and doesn't need to be told what to do at every turn.
n
