ABOUT THE ROLE
n
Due to continued growth, a newly created Health & Safety Business Partner opportunity is now available in central Adelaide.
n
This is a true business partnering role, working closely with frontline leaders to strengthen safety capability, support risk management and embed consistent health, safety and wellbeing practices.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Partnering with operational leaders to provide practical, proactive health and safety advice
n
Supporting incident investigations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively
n
Analysing safety data,



trends and insights to support continuous improvement
n
Participating in audits, safety committees and working group meetings
n
Contributing to national safety initiatives and improvement programs
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
You are a confident, people-focused health and safety professional who enjoys partnering with operational leaders and adapting your approach across varying levels of safety maturity.
n
You are comfortable working autonomously, bring solid emotional intelligence, and understand how to influence positive safety outcomes in a regulated environment.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or Diploma of WHS
n
Experience in a Health & Safety Advisor or Business Partner role
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching capability
n
Ability to analyse data, identify trends and translate insights into action
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
n
Experience within healthcare, aged care, not-for-profit or similarly regulated industries will be highly regarded but not essential.
