Play Nation is a premium new indoor Pickleball and Padel club featuring high-quality courts, wellness facilities and recreation spaces. We are building a modern sports community that combines skilled standards with a fun, inclusive environment.

We are seeking an experiencedClub Managerto lead day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, events, academies and manage marketing initiatives.
n
This role is ideal for someone with experience in sports facility management, gym operations, hospitality leadership or recreation centre management.
n
The Role
n
As Club Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational performance of the club, including court operations, wellness facilities, staff, coach and contractor supervision, marketing and community engagement.
n
You will play a key role in increasing memberships, improving member retention and strengthening brand presence through social media and local partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
n
n
Manage daily operations of pickleball and padel courts
n
Manage and grow wellness and recreation facilities
n
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
n
Manage booking systems, court scheduling and member services
n
Supervise and lead front-of-house and operational staff
n
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements
n




Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
n

Membership & Business Growth
n
n
Drive membership sales and retention strategies
n
Develop and execute marketing campaigns
n
Identify business development and partnership opportunities
n
Monitor KPIs including revenue, utilisation rates and member growth
n
n
Social Media & Marketing
n
n
Create engaging content including photos, reels and promotional posts
n
Plan and promote tournaments, leagues and events
n
Increase brand awareness and community engagement
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n

Experience in sports facility management, gym management, hospitality management or recreation operations
n
Strong leadership and staff management skills
n
Experience in social media marketing and content creation
n
Proven ability to drive membership growth or sales targets
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
A proactive, hands-on management style
n
Passion for sport, fitness and community engagement
n
n
Experience with booking systems or sports management software is highly regarded.
