Job Description
Cambridgeshire County Council is recruiting a Lead Reablement worker to deliver short-term, person-centred support and help individuals regain independence. You will create tailored reablement plans, conduct risk assessments and work with families and professionals to promote recovery.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and solid communication skills. A full driving licence and IT proficiency are essential, with training and a car lease scheme provided.
