As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Gaming Team Leader to join our high-performing Gaming team. About the Role
n
We're currently seeking both Full Time and Part Time Gaming Team Leaders to join our high-performing team.
n
As a Gaming Team Leader, you will lead from the front, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of one of the Club's busiest departments. You will play a key role in developing team capability, driving operational excellence and fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Leading, coaching and supporting team members to deliver outstanding customer service
n
Supervising daily Gaming operations and ensuring service standards are consistently achieved
n
Providing ongoing training, feedback and development opportunities to team members
n
Managing floor operations, delegating tasks and responding to customer and operational needs
n
Ensuring operational procedures, reporting requirements and clearance processes are completed accurately
n
Maintaining compliance with Gaming regulations, Club policies and workplace procedures
n
Resolving customer and team concerns professionally and efficiently
n
Promoting a positive,



collaborative and high-performance team culture
n
Supporting a safe and secure environment for members, guests and employees
n
n
About You
n
You are a confident hospitality leader who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and enjoys developing people while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You have strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style that inspires those around you.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a Gaming, Hospitality or Club environment
n
Strong knowledge of Gaming operations and relevant legislation
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
n
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
n
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities
n
A valid NSW Competency Card
n
Immaculate personal presentation and professional standards
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
n
