Motor claims experience essential As a Commercial Motor Claims Executive, you will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance claims, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and brokers throughout the claims process.Bring your robust technical knowledge, sound judgement and a customer-focused approach to ensure claims are managed efficiently and outcomes are delivered.

You will be:

Managing a portfolio of Commercial Motor claims
n
Assessing the claims, interpretating policies and making well-informed decisions
n
Liaising with insurers, assessors, loss adjusters, repairers and other stakeholders
n
Acting as a key point of contact for commercial clients and brokers
n
Negotiating claims outcomes and resolving complex issues professionally and providing clear, proactive communication throughout the claims journey
n
