About the Role
n
As a Production Assistant, you'll be hands-on in the assembly of our industry-leading camper trailers and caravans. You'll work across various stages of production including fabrication, fitting, and finishing - helping build products for Australians exploring the great outdoors.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assemble camper trailers and caravans using hand and power tools
n
Follow production schedules and instructions from team leaders
n
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
n
Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards
n
Support other departments as required
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n




Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or similar hands-on roles (preferred but not essential)
n
Robust attention to detail and a solid work ethic
n
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
n
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
n
Capability to perform moderate lifting tasks between *****kg on a regular basis
n
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
n
Australian permanent residency or appropriate work rights to work in Australia
