Job Description
Sirv Group is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to assist individuals with complex needs in a SIL setting at Lake Haven, NSW. The role requires compassion, resilience and the ability to manage challenging behaviours while maintaining person-centred care.

You will work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers, supporting daily living, community access and independent living goals.
