Day Rate: $600 – $700 + Super (Flexible based on experience)

We're partnering with a quick-paced manufacturing business based in Regents Park to bring on an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist for an immediate-start 3-month contract.
n
If you love diving into reward structures, optimising benefits programs, and working closely with operations in a hands-on manufacturing environment, this one's for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Reviewing and benchmarking existing base pay, wage structures, and site-based allowances.
n
Managing end-to-end benefits administration (health, insurance, and local perks).
n
Analyzing market data to ensure our pay structures remain competitive.




n
Ensuring compliance with relevant modern awards, agreements, and labor standards.
n
Collaborating directly with HR leaders and site managers to solve reward challenges.
n

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Proven C&B; Experience: Strong background in salary benchmarking, job grading, and benefits management.
n
Industry Experience: Prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments is a huge plus.
n
Analytical Mindset: Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex HR/payroll data.
n
Onsite Presence: Able to commit to working 100% onsite at the Regents Park location for the duration of the contract.
