Job Description
Transdev John Holland Buses (TJHB) seeks a proactive BI & Performance Analyst to join Planning and Performance and drive evidence-based decision making.

You will work with stakeholders to gather analytics needs, build dashboards via Power BI and Python/R, and transform data into actionable insights for the Senior Leadership Team.

The role involves data migration with Power Query and SQL, developing data models, and delivering timely, accurate reporting to improve performance and efficiency.
