Lead IAM and IGA initiatives, including implementation and enhancement of identity governance solutions.

Design and manage Identity Lifecycle Management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
n
Support access request, access review, and certification programs.
n
Develop and maintain RBAC, PBAC, and ABAC models, ensuring effective Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
n
Configure and integrate IAM/IGA platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
n
Implement and support authentication and authorization solutions, including SSO and MFA.
n
Collaborate with security, risk, audit, and business stakeholders to meet compliance and governance requirements.
n
Provide technical leadership and guidance during IAM transformation and modernization projects.
n

Required Skills & Experience:
n
n
8+ years of experience in IAM and IGA.
n
Experience working in large-scale banking or financial services organizations.
n
Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and security best practices.
n
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and at least one leading IGA platform (SailPoint, Saviynt, etc.).
n
Knowledge of security, risk, compliance, and audit frameworks.
n
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Azure Security (AZ-500)
n
Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect (SC-100/SC-500 equivalent)
n
SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification
