THE ROLE

Based in either Parramatta NSW or Bundall QLD, this role is ideally suited to a Property Solicitor looking for consistency, structure and a well-supported workflow.
n
You will manage a steady stream of conveyancing and property matters from instruction through to settlement, with support systems and processes already in place.
n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
n
n
Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience (PAE) in Property Law
n
Strong working knowledge of PEXA and LEAP
n
High attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Clear and professional communication skills
n
Ability to work both independently and within a team
n
Estate Planning experience is advantageous but not essential
n
