About us
n
Trigger Group has been working across Melbourne and the South East since ****. Solar and batteries, heat pump hot water, air conditioning, EV chargers and whole-home water filtration. There's about 20 of us, based in Pakenham.
n
The work is steady and it's varied — you won't be doing the same job twice in a row, and there's enough volume to keep the yard busy year round. Having licensed electricians and plumbers under the one roof (REC ***** and BPC *****) means we're not standing around waiting on another trade to turn up and finish a job.

The role
n
Full time A-Grade Electrician, based out of our Pakenham yard, working across Melbourne's South East.
n
Day to day you'll be:
n
n
Wiring hot water heat pumps
n
Installing split system air conditioning
n
Working on battery and solar installs alongside our SAA-accredited team
n
Switchboard and sub-board upgrades
n
EV charger installs and general residential electrical work
n
Running jobs with an apprentice,



and working in alongside our plumbers
n

What you'll need
n
n
A-Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria)
n
Current driver's licence
n
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
You turn up, you do the job properly, and you talk to customers like a professional
n
n
Highly regarded — these put you straight to the front of the queue:
n
n
ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence — RSS03 (restricted split system) or full RAC01.
n
SAA accreditation — Grid Connected PV and/or Grid Connected Battery Storage
n
VEU or Solar Victoria program experience
n
Experience with hybrid inverters and battery systems
n
n

$95,000 – $115,000 plus super, depending on experience and tickets
n
