Identity Governance & Administration Engineer | ICAM

Shape Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and ICAM governance for a major identity program, developing policies, assurance frameworks and secure authentication approaches across complex enterprise environments.

n Contract Duration: 12 months
n Security Clearance Requirement: NV1

Essential Tasks
n
n
Develop and maintain ICAM policies, standards, governance frameworks and assurance documentation.
n
Define governance roles, responsibilities, decision-making authorities and escalation pathways.
n
Support Privacy Impact Assessments, data protection assessments and identity data governance.
n
Apply governance and auditability to identity, security logging and audit data within SIEM environments.
n
n
Key Criteria
n
n
Strong experience developing ICAM governance, policy,



standards and assurance frameworks.
n
Detailed understanding of MFA, Zero Trust Architecture and authentication methods.
n
Experience aligning policy and governance with ISM, DSPF and NIST security frameworks.
n
Strong stakeholder communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership and steering committees.
n
