Are you ready for a lifestyle change? Del Rio Riverside Resort is seeking an experienced Management Team (couple or duo) to oversee the daily operations of our large, high-activity holiday park located on the Hawkesbury River at Wisemans Ferry.

About the Role
n
As the Management Team, you will oversee the full operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the property to the highest standards.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Manage all reception operations including enquiries, bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and revenue handling
n
Operate and manage NewBook for reservations, payments, reporting, and guest communications
n
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high presentation standards across all accommodation and facilities
n
Oversee property maintenance, repairs, grounds presentation, and improvement works
n
Ensure immaculate presentation of gardens, cabins, villas, lodges, and recreational facilities
n
Maintain guest safety, security, and compliance
n
Recruit, train, roster, and supervise reception, housekeeping, and grounds staff
n
Manage group bookings, events, and peak-period operations
n
Promote the resort and build relationships with local tourism providers
n
Maintain compliance with relevant holiday park and accommodation regulations
n
Implement efficient procedures, documentation, and record‐keeping
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven experience in hospitality, holiday parks, or resort management
n
Strong maintenance and hands‐on operational skills
n
Experience with NewBook or similar booking systems (highly advantageous)
n
High attention to detail and strong customer service capability
n
Ability to work to budgets, targets, and operational KPIs
n
Self-motivated team players able to work autonomously
n
Available as a couple or duo for a live-in position
n
Ready for an immediate start
n
