We're looking for an experienced engineer from Senior level through to Associate who wants to play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure where reliability, resilience and innovation are essential.

In this role, you will
n
n
Lead project delivery across multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines, budgets and key deliverables
n
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful outcomes
n
Mentor and support junior engineers,



contributing to the overall capability of the team
n
Lead small to medium design projects and contribute to larger, complex programmes
n
Drive technical excellence, efficiency and quality across all project work
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead design and delivery of electrical systems
n
Collaborate with our HV Power and Energy team to develop detailed documentation
n
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, ICT and architecture
n
Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, client requirements and defence specifications
n
Deliver complex electrical solutions for data centres including redundancy and resilience strategies
n
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and timely delivery
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
n
Significant experience in building services consulting (typically 7+ years)
n
Proven expertise in design and mission critical infrastructure
n
Track record delivering large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Aviation, Defence or Transport
n
Strong knowledge of power distribution,



fault protection and energy efficiency
n
Solid understanding of Australian Standards including AS/NZS **** and NCC
n
Experience with BIM, Revit MEP or Navisworks is advantageous
n
Strong communication, leadership and client engagement skills
n
