Job Description
Zammit Ham and Bacon Curers, Pendle Hills NSW, a long-standing family-run producer of ham, bacon and other smallgoods, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter/Technician to maintain and service production equipment. You will work with the maintenance team to minimise downtime, support improvements, and ensure safety and hygiene standards on the factory floor.

The role operates Monday to Friday 7am–4pm with potential for overtime, and requires a trade certificate with 3–5 years' maintenance
