Housekeeper / Family Assistant - Private Residence

About The Role
n
Housekeeping & Laundry:
n
n
Perform daily cleaning of the residence
n
Maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to immaculate standards
n
Make and maintain beds to a high standard
n
Manage all household laundry, including washing, folding and ironing
n
Wardrobe organisation and management
n
Deep cleaning on rotation and seasonal detailing
n
Take ownership of home organisation
n
n
Grocery Shopping & Stock Control:
n
n
Maintain household inventory, ensuring all essential items are consistently stocked
n
Undertake regular grocery shopping and restocking as required
n
n
Cooking & Meal Preparation:
n
n
Assist with simple meal prep and cooking healthy family meals
n
Strong understanding of hygiene for food preparation.
n
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of decks and patio areas
n
Manage household bins,



including collection and upkeep
n
n
About You
n
n
Prior experience in private residences, superyachts or luxury five star hotels.
n
An exceptional housekeeper with high presentation standards and attention to detail.
n
Naturally organised, thrive on variety and genuinely enjoy being the person everyone relies on.
n
Highly autonomous encompassing the ability to work independently without supervision.
n
Organised and efficient as a natural systems thinker who loves structure, order and attention to detail.
n
Capable of establishing clear systems with checklists and routines to support your success.
n
Skilled in laundry, ironing and garment care.
n
Resilient, adaptable and calm under pressure.
n
Trustworthy with absolute discretion and professionalism.
n
Warm and comfortable working around a young family and children.
n
Physically fit and capable of lifting groceries, laundry baskets and performing active tasks throughout the day.
n
