The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced
Senior Full Stack Developer
to join a highly capable engineering team. Operating between a Senior and Staff Engineer level, you will play a key role in the design, development, deployment, and enhancement of enterprise applications while contributing to architecture, low-level design, and engineering standards.
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 + Super
Permanent Opportunity
Duties / Typical Day / Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET, C# and React
Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and low-level design activities
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration services
Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices
Implement event-driven integration and messaging solutions using technologies such as Kafka, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, or IBM MQ
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to deliver digital transformation initiatives
Support workflow automation, orchestration,
and process digitisation programs
Drive application security, reliability, scalability, and performance improvements
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, release management, and production support
Mentor engineers and contribute to architecture reviews and engineering standards

What Our Client Requires
Essential
8+ years of software engineering experience
Strong enterprise full-stack development background
Extensive experience with .NET / .NET Core, C#, React.js, REST APIs, and Microservices
Proven experience delivering solutions in complex enterprise environments
Strong AWS experience including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and ECS and/or EKS
Experience with event-driven and cloud-native architectures
Strong understanding of API integration, security, authentication, and authorisation
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation
Database experience across SQL Server and PostgreSQL
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Nice to Have
Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
Workflow orchestration platforms
Cloud modernisation experience
Large enterprise transformation program experience
Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, Mortgage, Home Loan, or Government environments
