Job Description
Support the execution of the Lending Product strategy across Australia and New Zealand
n
Deliver product enhancements, benefit refreshes, and portfolio initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
n
Develop business requirements, manage implementation activities, and validate product changes
n
Manage day-to-day portfolio operations while adhering to controls and compliance requirements
n
Monitor lending balances, spend, profitability, and customer engagement to identify growth and optimization opportunities
n
Support commercial analysis and business cases informing product decisions and investment priorities
n
Maintain product collateral, disclosures, and digital assets for accuracy, compliance, and customer usability
n
Support regulatory reviews, audits, governance activities, and risk remediation with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams
n
Coordinate recurring product reviews, operational processes, and reporting
n
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Finance, Servicing, and Marketing teams to deliver initiatives and resolve issues
n
Identify opportunities to improve Net Promoter Score and product experiences
n
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify product innovation opportunities
n
Requirements
n
Experience in Product Management, Financial Services, Marketing, or another commercial discipline
n
Sound commercial acumen and ability to use data to identify opportunities and solve business problems
n




Experience delivering cross-functional projects with multiple priorities
n
Comfort owning detailed, process-driven operational work alongside larger product initiatives
n
Highly organised with ownership of outcomes and exceptional attention to detail
n
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
n
Curiosity, adaptability, and passion for creating great customer experiences
n
