Due to a high volume of customers nationally, we are seeking a Customer Resolutions Officer to play a key role in improving customer experience and supporting a high performing service team.
n
The Role
n
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, complaints and escalations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently, while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing and resolving a high volume of customer complaints and escalations
n
Proactively contacting customers to provide updates and manage expectations
n
Taking ownership of unresolved issues and working with internal teams & external compliance bodies to achieve a resolution
n
Handling challenging conversations with confidence, professionalism and empathy
n
Acting as the main point of contact for unresolved customer issues
n
Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and complaints process

The Role

About You
n
n
2+ years' experience in complaints handling or escalations
n
Proven experience managing a high volume of complaints or complex customer issues
n
Confident managing difficult conversations
n
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet
n
Able to work at pace and manage multiple cases at once
n
Experience within telco, utilities, renewable energy or similar industries highly regarded
n
Experience communicating with external regulatory or compliance bodies, such as Consumer Affairs, an Ombudsman or similar organisations is highly regarded
n
