Shane's Trees in Sydney is seeking a skilled Crew Manager to head a brand-new crew and help lead the way forward. The role involves in office work to assist the crew, quoting and assessments, job co-ordination and team leadership.

Our crews are made up of qualified Arborist's, Climbers and non-climbers, Grounds crew and Truckdrivers. You will ensure safety, train staff, and manage daily operations while maintaining high work standards and robust client relationships.
