Reg @ $180 roster provided on CV approval Locum vacancy is at Shellharbour Reviewing patients in an inpatient, community CAMHS setting or ED ensuring appropriate referral to the relevant team.

Ensuring that all reports and forms required under the government legislation are completed legally and within the required timeframes.

n
Assessment along with a clinician/ consultant of current clients and their families/carers referred to the service.
n
An active role in delivering short term evidence based treatment to clients of the service and participating in the management of these clients and their families/carers.
n
n
n
Involvement in developing relationships with governmental and non-governmental agencies involved in the treatment of clients and families under their care.
n
n
n
Ensuring appropriate transfer of care arrangements for all clients and families under their care in collaboration with Team Leader and team members.
n

n
Completing discharge summaries within required time frames.
n
Ensuring Liaison occurs with the GP or other primary care personnel and also community mental health staff.
n
n
Credentials:
n
NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules;
immunisations/vaccinations
; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
