Job Description
G.J. Gardner Homes Colac Surf Coast is seeking a proactive Construction Supervisor to manage approximately 10 builds from frame to handover in the Colac region. You will lead subcontractors, ensure site safety and quality, and maintain solid client communication.

A trade qualification or supervisory background is preferred, with a valid driver's license essential. The role offers a competitive base salary, company vehicle, and a balanced 7:00am–4:00pm schedule with no weekend work unless
